Roasted Spiced Chickpeas
Ingredients and materials:

2 cans cooked chickpeas
2 tsp Fine Cloves
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Olive oil
3tsp Ground Black pepper
2tsp coreander powder
Baking tray
Baking paper or foil
Method:

In a large mixing bowl, stir the drained chickpeas with the oil and spices, covering them. Spread the coated chickpeas out densely side by side in the bake tray on a sheet of foil or baking paper. Place under the grill or in an air fryer for 10-15 minutes at high heat until browned and emitting a nutty baked odour.
